Baking time with White Wings Red Velvet Cupcake mix bought from Aussie a while back! Cupcake mix, cream cheese filling as well as the cupcake holders were all provided, so all I needed more were eggs, butter and milk. Added some cranberries to my cupcakes as well!

Saw some really cute baking accessories at Cold Storage and bought them to use too!

Mix all the ingredients together in a mixer!

Fresh cupcakes from the oven!

 

One important lesson I got from this easy peasy baking session is that you have to make sure the cupcakes are cooled fully before you can cream it. I was overly excited and decided to cream them after about 20 mins and in less than a minute they all melted!

Not so perfectly creamed cheesed cupcakes! Yums!

Overall this is a very straightforward and simple baking for noobs like me. The cake was a little hard though and the cream cheese was not very smooth, but I would consider this a success for a start already!
